Project perspective
A 1,500-residence urban master plan requiring leadership at both district and building scale.
Wagon Wheel is a large, multi-phase urban community planned around new residences, public infrastructure, circulation, open space, and complementary uses. Its reported market valuation approaches $800 million.
The scale of the program required the individual components to advance within a coherent master-plan strategy while responding to entitlement conditions, budgets, sequencing, procurement, and active construction priorities.
Leadership role
Integrated responsibility across the decisions that shaped delivery.
Marlon Fenton's consulting role extended across the entirety of the Wagon Wheel master plan. His primary focus was entitlement approvals, preconstruction estimating, and construction-team management, with involvement spanning the coordinated projects and phases within the larger development.
