Detailed, project-specific estimates grounded in plans, scope, current construction conditions, site constraints, labor, materials, general conditions, and the realities of rebuilding in affected communities.

Xactimate Analysis

Independent review and preparation of Xactimate-based estimates, including line-item scope, quantities, pricing assumptions, omissions, and reconciliation with the actual requirements of the proposed rebuild.

Organized scopes, estimates, supporting cost data, narratives, and construction documentation designed to help clients and their licensed representatives communicate a complete, technically supported claim position.

Technical Estimate Support

Technical estimating and preconstruction analysis that identifies scope and cost differences and provides a factual construction record for the homeowner and the homeowner's licensed representatives.

MNK provides construction estimating and preconstruction consulting to homeowners. MNK does not act as a public insurance adjuster, provide legal advice, interpret policy coverage, or represent policyholders in negotiating or settling insurance claims.
